Grief Guide
My name is Page Park and Iβm a Soul Supporter, a guide. I help people reconnect with themselves and find their way to emotional regulation using tools such as yoga, meditation.
My personal grief journey led me to these practices.
My brothers and I spent 1 year caring for our mom and another 2 years caring for our dad. We experienced so much in this time period. After their death and the death of my oldest brother,
my nervous system was a mess
Yoga and meditation helped me find myself and
my balance as a human again.
As I expand, I continue to come back to these teachings and practices to support my personal journey. It is my joy to teach these practices to others so they can find what works for them and their spiritual journey of self discovery.
