Meet your Guide
My journey into mindfulness began with a deep exploration of yoga and meditation, which sparked my curiosity about the profound impact these practices can have on mental, emotional, and physical health.
I pursued formal training in yoga and mindfulness, earning certifications in both disciplines to deepen my understanding and ability to support others.
In addition to my yoga and mindfulness certifications, I hold a degree in Special Education from Purdue. My educational background has equipped me with a solid foundation in psychology, child development, and education, providing me with valuable insights into the complexities of family dynamics and the challenges faced by neurodivergent children.
As a grief guide, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most difficult transitions. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of mindfulness as a tool for healing, resilience, and personal growth. Whether navigating grief, managing stress, or fostering greater connection within the family, mindfulness offers a pathway to greater ease and understanding.
I'm thrilled to share my knowledge and expertise with you through our Mindfulness for Families Master Class. Together, we'll explore practical strategies for integrating mindfulness into your daily life, cultivating a sense of calm, presence, and joy within your family unit.
